Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth 2008
Imagine how many great companies there are in North Texas. Now consider just how hard it must be to stand out as one of the Best Places to Work in all of Dallas-Fort Worth. Womack Machine Supply Co. ranked 18th for the mid-sized company category (100 – 499 employees)!
To be eligible, companies had to have at least one office in North Texas and have a minimum of 10 North Texas employees. We definitely made the grade. At this point, all North Texas employees for WMSCo participated in an online survey. Among other things, questions covered topics such as the company’s work environment, innovations/new ideas, people practices, personal growth and development, leadership in the organization and how things work day to day.
Each survey question was assigned a point value with the highest possible score of 100. We held a score of 90.57 which is great for a first timer.
