Womack Machine Supply Announces the Acquisition of Catey Controls, Inc.
Farmers Branch, TX., 01-August-2008 9:00 AM Womack Machine Supply Co. – West announced today that it has completed the asset acquisition of Montana based Catey Controls, Inc. Financial details were not disclosed.
“This purchase continues our expansion plan into new products and markets.” Said Mike Rowlett, Chief Executive Officer of Womack Machine Supply. “We are pleased to welcome the employees of Catey Controls, their Customers and suppliers, into the Womack corporate family.
Alan Catey, who led the company until his death in 2007, founded Catey Controls in 1973. The company provides sales, service, and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment from offices in Missoula and Billings, Montana.
With this addition, Womack Companies will now serve Customers in the states of Montana, Wyoming, and the Dakotas.
