Description

Our hydraulic power units are designed specifically to operate on AC electric power. Each power unit is a custom selected assembly consisting of a high performance hydraulic pump, reservoir, motor, internal relief valve, and load holding check valve. They can be controlled with remote valving or with optional NFPA D03 (D01) directional control valves (our 1300329 adapter manifold is required to mount directional control valves directly on the power units.) The power units can be coupled via suitable hydraulic lines to a wide range of operating mechanisms. They normally operate hydraulic cylinders, but can be used with any other hydraulic actuating device.

All units have:

  • Totally enclosed fan cooled motors
  • Motors have continuous horsepower ratings (see chart)
  • Adjustable relief valve preset at factory
  • Load holding check valve
  • Reservoirs plumbed for horizontal mount
  • 1.5 gallon cylindrical reservoir
  • 9/16˝-18 SAE outlet and return ports
  • 140 x 170 mesh inlet strainer

Additional options available:

  • 1300329 - NFPA D03 (D01) Adapter Manifold for directional control valves
  • 1300796 - 3 gallon cylindrical reservoir for vertical mount.  Requires 1300804 tube kit.
  • 1300688 - 5 GPM Two Stage High/Low Pump
