Filters - Regulators - Lubricators Modular Products Wilkerson's line of FRLs are available in four product families: Miniature 08 Models with 1/8 and 1/4 port sizes (NPT-BPS), Compact 18 Models with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" port sizes, Standard 28 Models with 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" port sizes, and Jumbo 38 Models with 3/4" and 1" port size. All four product families can be assembled in conventional or modular mode and provide high flow performance, reliability, safety and installation flexibility.

Filters
The 08/18/28/38 filters include a standard 5-micron element, quick-disconnect integral plastic bowl with bowl guard, and manual pipe-away type-drain. A metal bowl option is also available.

Regulators
The 08/18/28/38 regulators feature a balanced valve for superior regulation characteristics, two gauge ports, and a bottom plug for ease of maintenance serviceability. The 08 and 38 series are standard with a unique flush mounted pressure gauge.

Lubricators
The 08/18/28/38 lubricator feature an integral clear sight dome and adjustment knob for quick setting of the lubrication rate. They can also be replenished while under pressure.
This product line also features Filters/Regulators, Filters/Regulators/Lubricators and Combination FRLs in all four families, and a Coalescing Filter in the 08, 18 and 28 families.

Other Modular Products
Include emergency stop valves which provide solenoid controlled operation to start the air system up smoothly and pressure switches which can either monitor system pressure or can control another function.
