 Rexroth offers you a well structured and systematically engineered range of hydraulic cylinders geared to your application requirements. Our cylinders line conforms to NFPA, ISO, and DIN standards and is 100% tested to Rexroth standards.
Features:
- Leak-free fluid connection ports provided by standard SAE o-ring straight thread ports
- Reduced wear and long service life obtained by a one piece extra long bearing made of ductile iron with tighter tolerances
- Increased performance and less "down time" with advanced wear resistant sealing system
- Piston rod threads available in both male and female versions. Studded rod ends standard up to 1-3/8" dia.
- Extended seal life and lower susceptibility to damage with case hardened and chrome plated piston rod
- Added strength and corrosion resistance with high tensile steel tie rods with rolled threads
- Accurate deceleration control through patented Exact-a-just™ ultra sensitive cushioning
- Patented secured air-bleed standard on both ends
- Piston / rod separation eliminated by mechanically securing the piston to the piston rod
- Seal extrusion and tube seal leakage eliminated by precise centering of the tube to the head end cap

Rephasing Type
Hydraulic Cylinders
Rephasing cylinders are two or more cylinders plumbed in series, with the bores and rods sized such that all rods extend or retract equally when flow is directed to the first, or last, cylinder in the series. This hydraulic synchronization of rod positions eliminates the need for a flow divider in the hydraulic system, or any type of mechanical connection between the machine functions to achieve synchronization. All Energy® cylinders can be modified to take advantage of the rephasing design benefits. Available features include:
- Standard bores from 1 inch (2.54 cm) to 10 inch (25.4 cm); other bore sizes available
- Standard rod diameters from .625 inch (1.59 cm) to 6 inch (15.24cm); other rod sizes available
