Gear Pumps
Rexroth gear pumps are simple in construction, reliable
in operation, perform with a variety of fluids and are the most cost
effective way of generating hydraulic pressure.
Rexroth has been involved in the
design, development and manufacture of gear pumps for many years and
continues to be one of the largest manufacturers of quality gear pumps
in the world. Proven designs, the use of specially developed materials,
constant testing and sophisticated mass production techniques ensure
products of the very highest quality.
Gear Pumps:

Haldex Hydraulic Gear Pumps are suitable for a wide range of equipment
applications from material handling, agricultural, construction and
paving to aerial lifts, winch and turf care.
4000 PSI, 3600 RPM
Features:
- Gear and
shaft are one piece construction for superior resistance to fatigue.
- Large
diameter journals for higher load-bearing capacity.
- Made
of high strength heat treated steel, the 14-toth gears reduce pressure
ripple (noise) and improves volumetric efficiency.
- Large
Teflon impregnated bushings are installed in precision bored covers for
optimum alignment, providing support area capable of handling most
indirect drives.
- Integrated
balanced bronze pressure plate for the optimum in wear surface and
strength.
- Integrated
"E" seal in the pressure plate reduces clearance, offsets axial loading
and balances itself as pressure increases.
Haldex F15
gear pumps are the result of Haldex extensive experience in the
off-road vehicle market. Proven design elements enhanced by new
technology have created a product of very high efficiency, in a robust
cast iron bodied gear pump.

 10 to 75 GPM @ 1800 RPM
Steel gears, cast iron housing and journal bearings give high
efficiency and allow high speed operation, but journal bearing pumps
should not be operated under heavy load at less than 600 RPM.
Pumps are designed for in-line direct drive.
Please consult your nearest Womack office to see if pump should
be de-rated for side drive.
Series F20 and F30 Double Pumps Please check
with your nearest Womack office for maximum permissible torque
and/or side load on input shaft of double or tandem pumps.

11 GPM/1800 PSI to 1/2 GPM/3000 PSI Bi–Rotational • Use as a Pump or Motor
Includes bi-rotational check valves to allow it to be used
either as a pump or a hydraulic motor in either direction of rotation.
The maximum back pressure is 400 PSI on the low pressure port. Inboard
bearings will accept a maximum of 150 lbs. of overhung load, an outward
thrust of 60 lbs.; and an inward thrust of 76 lbs. Oil viscosity of 100
to 1000 SSU.
Pump body is cast iron with hardened steel gears
running on needle bearings and with Viton seals. Listed below in the
tables are some of the more popular pumps. The dimensions are: 3 1/2"
wide × 3 1/2" high. Shaft dimension is: 1/2" diameter x 1 1/2" length
with a 1/8" key. These pumps come with a four bolt flange on a 2" hole
pattern. Pilot diameter is 1.780". There are additional shaft, mounting,
and valve options for the GC series pumps, please consult your local
Womack sales office.

Pressure to 3000 PSI • 400 to 4000 RPM • Up to 28 GPM
The Haldex High/Low Series pumps are double section gear
pumps with both sections on a common shaft and served with a common
inlet. Both sections feed into a common outlet port but are separated
with an internal check valve. The assembly includes an adjustable
unloading valve for the high volume section, factory set at 650 PSI.
Maximum speed, all models, is 4000 RPM.
Use these pumps on
“high-low” applications such as trash compactors, log splitters, and
metal forming machines to get rapid advance up to the work then a slower
application of higher force. Both sections deliver oil up to 650 PSI.
Then the high volume section automatically unloads and full input horse
power is applied to the low volume section to reach higher pressures.
Options and variations are available on OEM or quantity orders.

Shaft Seal or Single Seal with Outboard Bearing
- Keyed or Splined Shaft
- Side ports only, rear ports
only or both side and rear ports
- Flanges and shafts meet SAE
standards
Haldex
F25 gear pumps are designed for low noise, high efficiency
bi-rotational operation. The 14-tooth gear provides lower pressure
ripple which results in lower noise. The cast iron construction also
contributes to noise reduction. In addition, cast iron housings allow
gear tips to generate their own run in paths, creating higher volumetric
efficiency. The drive gear and drive shaft as well as the driven gear
and shaft are one piece construction. This eliminates the potential
problems of fretting and stress fatigue associated with two piece
construction.

4.5 to 18.5 GPM 1800 to 5000 RPM and 1000 to 3000 PSI
Most models are bi-rotational and can be used as pumps or
motors. Single-rotation models are available. Maximum PSI and RPM vary
with displacement.
Inboard bearing will support a side or end
load of 300 lbs. at 5000 RPM or 400 lbs. at 1200 RPM. Oil viscosity 100
to 500 SSU at the operating temperature.
Pump body is cast iron
with hardened steel gears running on needle bearings, and with Viton
seals. Dimensions are: Pump body 5" high x 4 1/4" wide. The shaft is
3/4" in diameter x 1 3/4" long with a No. 606 Woodruff keyway. Inlet and
outlet ports are 1" NPT, drain port is 3/8" NPT. Mounting flange is SAE
2-bolt "A" size (NFPA Code 82-2). Weight varies from 14 to 20 lbs.,
smallest to largest model.
NOTE:
These pumps may be used as hydraulic motors, but only on those
applications where back pressure on the outlet port can never exceed 400
PSI even during periods of deceleration. Before using as a motor please
check your application with the Haldex factory or your nearest Womack
sales office. A CW pump should only be used as a CCW motor, and a CCW
pump only as a CW motor.

 The SP20B pump now utilizes
self-lubricating thrust blocks that eliminate the need for separate wear
plates. They are made from a high strength aluminum alloy with
exceptional anti-galling properties. This new thrust block design also
incorporates advanced bearings designed specifically for high pressure
hydraulic pumps. This new bearing features a robust fluoropolymer PTFE
wear surface that yields unsurpassed load carrying capabilities and
cavitation resistance even at low speeds and moderate levels of
contamination. Also, since the PTFE resin layer is self-lubricating,
contamination from bearing wear in high load situations (when no oil
film is present) is reduced. This new thrust block design combined with
these advanced bearing results in lower friction and less internal oil
loss resulting in higher pump efficiencies.Features:
- Patented Non-Symmetrical Gears
- PTFE composite bearings
- One piece hardened alloy steel gears and
driveshaft
- Pressures up to
