Variable displacement motor with axial piston rotary group of bent axis design, for hydrostatic drives in open and closed circuits.
The motor is suitable for both mobile and industrial applications.
The wide control range of the variable displacement motor allows it to meet the requirements of high speed and high torque.
The displacement is infinitely variable in the range Vg max to Vg min = 0.
Output speed is proportional to flow and inversely proportional to displacement. The output torque increases with the pressure drop between the high and low pressure sides and with increasing displacement.

The fixed displacement motors AA2FM (A2FM) of axial piston, bent axis design is made suitable for hydrostatic drives in open and closed circuits.
Output speed is proportional to input flow and inversely proportional to displacement. Drive torque increases with the pressure drop across the unit. The motor is suitable for use in mobile and industrial applications.
Careful selection of the displacements offered, permit sizes to be matched to practically every application.

Series MCR
Radial Piston Motors

Slow speed, high torque, fixed displacement piston motors with rotating shaft design.
Available in six frame sizes, MCR 03, MCR 05, MCR 10, MCR 15, MCR 20 with several displacements in each.
All motors have optional 2-speed operation with switchable displacement by external hydraulic pressure. All models can be furnished with a rear mounted multi-disc brake (for holding only). The three smaller frame motors are also available with a drum type brake.
An external boost pump must be used to supply leakage losses for closed loop operation. For open loop a provision for back pressure in the low pressure line must be used to keep the pistons in close contact with the cam.
These motors can be valved into free wheeling by venting both the main ports, and pressurizing the case to 3 to 5 bar. Maximum speed is dependant on displacement. The displacement speed range is 300 to 900 RPM. The case must be kept pressurized to at least 30 PSI above the pressure on either main port during free wheeling. These motors should not be connected in series without consulting the factory.
