Standard Power Units
Womack Systems LLC provides Standard Power Units from fractional to several hundred
horsepower electric, gasoline and diesel HPU's. The WSLLC Design team is experienced
in fixed and variable displacement pumps as well as hydrostatic transmissions and
the custom industrial controls to provide a complete turnkey solution. Exacting
engineering requirements are realized through solid modeling as well as traditional
2-D CAD designing.
Customer-Engineered Power Units
Womack Systems LLC maintains a complete library of Engineering Standards, which
allows for an expedited quote and design process. Customized units are pre-engineered
electric motor driven power units that range from 5-gal vertical to 300-gal L-shaped
reservoirs; .5 hp to 100 hp; and .5 gpm to 65 gpm. Customization can be accomplished
by starting with a Customized base unit and then adding circuitry to make it unique
to the required application.
High Pressure Booster Systems
Womack Systems LLC designs and builds High Pressure Booster Systems for multiple
custom applications. Booster Systems include Liquid units to 30,000 PSI (100,000
intermittent); Air Amplifiers to 5,000 PSI and Gas Boosters to 35,000 PSI. The WSLLC
Design Team is experiences with off-shore, sour gas and explosive atmosphere applications.
DNV, ABS and other certifications are available.
High Pressure Booster Systems
For our Original Equipment Customers, Womack Systems LLC maintains a business unit
devoted solely to the assembly of production quantity HPU's. The business unit specializes
in material flow, KAN BAN inventory methods and lean manufacturing practices in
order to provide a quality product at a very competitive price.
