Standard Manifold Product
Lynch Bar Manifolds are enhanced to maximize performance while accommodating the highest number of standard options in a more uniform and easier-to-install package. Standard products also include valve adaptors, cover plates and flushing plates, as well as compatible products for servo valves.

Custom Manifold Product
We design and manufacture custom manifold products for distribution to original equipment markets. Products can be built from concept utilizing our fluid power expertise or from complete shop drawings. Using our CNC machinery with advanced software, consistent quality and finish is assured. Manifolds are produced in attractive lead times at competitive prices. Materials include, Aluminum, Ductile Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Acrylic and Composites. Special finishes include, Black Oxide, Electroless Nickel Plating or Anodizing. From concept or circuit drawings, our Engineering department will ensure that your hydraulic manifolds and electronics are optimized for maximum performance. Complete support will include: conceptualization, analysis, engineering, component selection, 3D Modeling/design, State-of-the-Art Manufacturing, assembly, documentation and validation.

Lynch Bar Manifolds

Lynch provides superior products universally by means of engineering excellence and innovative application. The basic concept behind our bar manifolds remain the same; however, we looked beyond established layouts and developed a series of stringent design parameters to configure our products. We offer limitless variety, including direct mount, line mount, sandwiches, subplates and motor mounts. Custom manifolds can be designed for customer circuit requirements to provide a unique, application specific control system. All manifold products are offered in two basic materials - T6061 aluminum and ductile iron. Non-Standard Materials include; Stainless Steel, Mild Steel & Brass. Coatings/Anodizing is also available on request.

All Bar Manifolds are manufactured with the following in mind:

  • Maximized port spacing and edge distance ensures easier installation and servicing.
  • Common drain ports, where offered, are supplied on both ends of the manifolds for ease of installation and connecting a series of manifolds without the need of tees and elbows.
  • Dual Gage Ports are provided with P port Isolations whenever possible.
  • Dual Tank Port Interface is supplied with all D05H high flow and very high flow, ensuring maximum valve performance.

Tapping Plates
Sandwich adapters are designed to provide a means to easily take pressure readings from selected work ports. All four work ports P, A, B & T are standard for D07, D08 & D10 valve interfaces, only need to stock 1 SKU.

Valve Adapters
Valve adapters are designed to provide a means to mount different valve types to an existing manifold interface. Mounting holes are counter-bored deep enough to allow Stud Nuts to be used with valve stacks. All mounting and clearance holes are provided to ensure structural integrity.

Subplates are designed as a complete family with consistent mounting for all ported designs. Port spacing is maximized and aligned to simplify the installation and minimize space. Pilot ports and/or gauge ports are never on the same face as the work ports, to allow for more space and convenience when assembling the hydraulic system.

Cover Plates
Cover Plates are used in place of directional valves to either completely block off a bar manifold station, or to provide a means of flushing a manifold as determined by the internal port connections chosen. They are available in parallel and series models. Standard materials are Aluminum and Ductile Iron. Mild Steel or Stainless Steel are optionally available.

Lynch Electronics: Electronic Controls for Proportional Valves

The Lynch Digital Display Proportional Valve Driver (DDPDX) offers accurate, intuitive and smooth operation with any proportional valve brand, for any application. All Lynch Drivers supply a solenoid with current proportional to the input signal from a potentiometer, joystick, PLC or other control system. The Digital Display Proportional Valve Driver comes in six different forms and parameters can be customized to meet operational requirements. The extra bright digital display increases situational awareness and eliminates uncertainty by letting the operator know that power is present, settings are accurate and input/output is correct in even the most challenging low light conditions. The dual solenoid driver features a four-digit display and the single solenoid driver has a three-digit display.
