KTR RIGIFLEX® – Type 01 Couplings
Zero backlash, torsionally rigid and maintinence-free couplings.
- Rigiflex® torsionally rigid steel disk couplings, are horizontally assembled and suitable for use in drives in hazardous areas.
- Pre-assembled disks, hubs and flanges.
- Hubs, disk packs and flanges are factory-assembled as one unit.
- The couplings are certified according to EC Standard 94/9/EC (ATEX 95) and belong to category 2G/2D, are confirmed and thus suitable for the use in hazardous areas of zone G1, G2, D21 and D22.

KTR RIGIFLEX® – Type 02 Couplings
Standard coupling halves are supplied as assembled units.
- Rigiflex® Standard type coupling half as double-sidded coupling.
- Supplied as assembled unit.
- Hubs, disk packs and flanges are factory-assembled as one unit.
- Combination with different spacers, flange, ect.
- As coupling half only compensation for axi and angular displacement possible.

KTR RIGIFLEX® – Type 11 Couplings
DKM insert allows the coupling to compensate for more parallel misalignment.
- Rigiflex® Standard type with flaged hollow shaft.
- Consisting of two coupling halves;Type 01 and 1 flange hollow shaft.
- Possible lenth of the flange hollow shaft up to 6M.
- Coupling halves (type 01) are assembled by KTR and supplied.
- Coupling design according to API 610.
- on request available according to API 671.
