Modular Design

Flextrac Series’ modular design can change and adapt as you make changes to your plant and application by simply adding, removing or reconfiguring components.
Plastic Chain

Plastic chain offers many of the same features of flat belts, but adds the ability to make turns and elevation changes within a single conveyor. In addition to their overall durability, the modular pieces can be replaced individually rather than replacing the entire belt.
T-Slot Design

To simplify integration, conveyor frames feature a t-slot for mounting accessories, supports and guides.
Horizontal Wheel Bends

Wheel bends use a free-spinning wheel to reduce friction, thus allowing for tighter radius turns. They are the preferred method for turns.

Width Compatibility: MS2, MM3, ML2
Available angles: 30º, 45º, 60º, 90º, 180º
Horizontal & Vertical Plain Bends

Horizontal plain bends allow turns with a wider radius. Vertical plain bends allows product to be elevated or lowered while being conveyed. On conveyors where multiple plain bends are used, the total of all angles cannot exceed 180º.
