Hydreco Gear Pumps

1 PH Series

This series of aluminum pumps feature helical gears for high performance and quiet operation. Component accuracy and pressure compensated side plates ensure that high performance is maintained. This series features the SAE A mount. These pumps operate in a range from 3625 psi @ 3000 rpm to 2465 psi @ 2500 rpm. Displacement range of 0.366 to 1.714 cipr.

1 SP Series

This series of aluminum plane bearing pumps offers a wide operating range from 3480 psi @ 6000 rpm to 2175 psi @ 2000 rpm. 0.005 to 0.596 cipr. This series has SAE AA mounting and optional pressure relief valve in end cover.

2 SP Series

This series of aluminum plane bearing pumps offers a wide operating range from 3625 psi @ 4000 rpm to 2465 psi @ 2500 rpm. 0.24 to 1.59 cipr. This series features the SAE A mount. Optional pressure relief valve, priority flow divider or both in rear cover are available. Other options include cast iron front flanges or covers.

3 SP Series

This series of aluminum plane bearing pumps offers a wide operating range from 3625 psi @ 3500 rpm to 2610 psi @ 2500 rpm. 1.16 to 3.73 cipr. This series features the SAE B mount. Optional pressure relief valve in rear cover are available. Other options include cast iron front flanges or covers.

4 SP Series

This series of aluminum plane bearing pumps offers a wide operating range from 2755 psi @ 2300 rpm to 2175 psi @ 2000 rpm. 3.68 to 7.32 cipr. This series features a 4 bolt cast iron mount.

Hydreco 1500 - 2900 Series

The 1500 - 2900 K/M Series Pump/Motor utilizes the many design and application features of the widely accepted HYDRECO gear pump and motor technology.

Hydreco 1500 Series

The 1500K/M Series Pump/Motor utilizes the many design and application features of the widely accepted HYDRECO gear pump and motor technology. The pump contains pressure-balanced wear plates. The series maintains its bi-rotational pump or motor capabilities made possible by use of check valves which drain back to the low pressure side. The 1500M has a mechanical face seal which allows back pressures up to 2000 psi with no case drain. The cipr range is 0.74 - 2.07 with an operating pressure of 2500 psi.

Hydreco 1900 Series

Rated to 3000 PSI and 3000 RPM (motors to 3600 RPM) the 1900 series pumps & motors utilize a very rigid, doweled, two piece construction. The pump contains pressure-balanced wear plates. The design results in especially high overall efficiency. The cipr range is 2.53 - 6.70.

Hydreco 2000 Series

The 2000M Series is a bi-rotational Pump/Motor. Operating as pumps, the smaller units can be applied at speeds up to 2400 rpm and pressure up to 1500 psi. Operating as motors, the same pressure can be used, but the speed ratings are further increased. The most important feature is its mechanical face seal. This allows for back pressure up to 1500 psi with no case drain. The cipr is 2.08 - 5.20.

Hydreco 2200 Series

Rated to 3000 PSI and 3000 RPM the 2200 size pumps utilize a very rigid, doweled, two piece construction. The pump contains pressure-balanced wear plates. The design results in especially high overall efficiency. Rotation may be changed in the field with no new or additional parts. The cipr is 4.31 - 6.21.

Hydreco 2400 Series

Rated to 3000 PSI and 2750 RPM. Operating as motors, the same pressure can be used, but the speed ratings are further increased. Pump exhibits high horsepower - weight ratios. May be used as uni-rotation motors. Cipr is 6.50 - 9.76.

Hydreco 2900 Series

Rated to 3000 PSI and 2500 RPM. The pump contains pressure-balanced wear plates. The design results in especially high overall efficiency. Rotation may be changed in the field with no new or additional parts. The cipr is 8.33 - 14.33.

Hydreco Q Series

In response to market needs, the QR and QS ranges have been developed to combine very high efficiencies with very low noise levels while retaining the rugged simplicity of well-proven hydraulic gear pumps.

Both series are of cast iron construction and high quality steel gears are supported by hydro dynamic plain (bush) bearings which are lubricated by a system which draws cool fluid from the inlet port.
QR spur gear pumps are designed for minimum pressure ripple while the QS Series features patented helical gears which reduce ripple and noise levels even further.

The pumps will work to peak pressures up to 280 bar (4060 psi) and careful attention to inlet porting enables most pumps to run at up to 3000 rev/min.

Hydreco X Series X5 Helical Gear Pump

This range of pumps, with helical gears, provides a super quiet solution for the higher volume market with its more focused range of options. Singles and multi pumps solutions are available ranging from 1.40 to 4.15 cipr.
