Sectional Valves Series HDS
Description
Series HDS directional control valves represents a flexible unit construction, the elements of which may be combined into one valve unit as required.
They are available in 8 different sizes, and with parallel, serial, serial/parallel, Load Sensing and Flow Sharing circuitry. In addition, the range includes inlet and intermediate flow control sections with either manual or electro-proportional operators. Where accurate control of speed and actuator position is needed, the valves satisfy the most complex hydraulic circuit requirements.
Advantages
- Wide choice of hydraulic circuitry and maximum flexibility
- Electrical and mechanical operators can be combined in the same valve
- Spools can be customized with differing metering ranges
- By-pass solenoid valve and manual safety control in order to prevent unauthorized movement of actuators
- Wide range of valve sections with flow control and priority flow control
Sectional Directional Valves, Series L.8S
Description
The L.8S series of valves is an adaptable building-block system. The individual elements needed to meet the system requirements are selected, and are then assembled together to form a complete valve block.
The valves were developed for mobile applications and are particularly characterized by their robust design and compact dimensions. For building complete valves, the following types of sections are available:
- Block termination elements
- inlet sections
- end sections
- Intermediate sections
- 2-way compensators (hydrostats)
- 3-way compensators (hydrostats)
- multi-way compensators (hydrostats)
- Directional sections with the following auxiliary valves
- check valves
- secondary pressure relief + make-up check valves
- individual 2-way compensators (hydrostats)
Advantages
- Electro-hydraulic proportional operation
- Load Sensing-capable
- Can be used with any type of pump, and in systems where the oil supply source changes
- Load-compensated flow control, even with parallel operation of several actuators
- Adaptable building-block system, specially designed for applications in mobile hydraulics
- Types of valve operator: hand lever / cable / on-off solenoid / proportional solenoid / pneumatic and hydraulic control
Proportional Directional Valves LVS18
Description
This range of proportional valves is used to provide load-independent speed control of motors and cylinders. The LVS18 is operating according to the flow sharing principle. Also available with rapid-traverse and floading function.
Advantages
- Safe volumetric flow control by flow sharing principle, prevents the functional hold-up caused by undersupply.
- Load-independent flow control, even with parallel operation of several acuators
- Load feedback
- Actuator sections with individual pressure compensators
- Secondary pressure relief valves
- LS pressure relief for the whole control block
- With rapid-traverse and floating position
- Energy saving by low pressure drop
Proportional Directional Valves, Series LVS08 / LVS12
Description
With the LVS hydraulic valve, designers can now create those mobile-machine control systems that previously have been difficult to master. Its consistent design as a system of valve modules means exceptional adaptability.
The integral auxiliary functions and high power density make the LVS not only a highly adaptable modular valve, but also a very compact one. LVS valve blocks can be configured for both fixed- and variable-displacement pumps.
Advantages
- Savings in energy costs due to low pressure losses.
- Reliable supply of flow, because the proportional flow-sharing principle ensures that all functions can be operated even in the under-supply zone.
- Oscillation-stable even in critical applications, preventing machine breakdowns.
- One valve-block solution for all pump systems
Proportional Directional Valves LCV
Description
The LCV valve series is designed for tractors and similar applications. The valves can be controlled either mechanically with a Bowden cable or electromechanically with a stepper motor (CAN actuator). Valves sections with different control operators can be combined in one block. Push-in couplings can be screwed directly into the control block without requiring additional adapters in the directional sections.
Advantages
- Energy-optimised design
- Cost-optimised
- Extremely low internal leakage
- Compact valve-block solution with low pressure losses
