PB Pushbutton Box

Rittal stainless steel pushbutton boxes are designed for indoor use to house pushbuttons, selector switches, pilot lights, etc., and to protect such equipment against dirt, dust and sprayed water, oil or coolant. These NEMA and UL rated Type 4, 4X, 12 & 13 cabinets are available in a variety of different configurations.

KL Screw Cover Junction Box

Rittal’s KL Series NEMA rated junction boxes offer perfect protection against harsh environments for delicate electrical and electronic equipment. The knife-edge perimeter of the enclosure prevents entry of dirt and liquids when the enclosure is opened. A powder paint finish provides a durable, long lasting surface. KL Junction Boxes are available with or without gland panels.

JB Hinge Cover Junction Box

Rittal’s stainless steel JB enclosures offer protection for dense wiring and sensitive small instruments. These junction boxes combine many of the advantages of Rittal’s proven AE and KL Series enclosures, at an economical cost. Features include standard 180° hinges and locks with double-bit inserts. Foamed-in-place gasketing and a knife-edge perimeter add extra protection.

Rittal’s WM compact enclosures can be used for virtually any application. NEMA protection ratings are ensured through a secure locking system, foamed-on gasket, and knife-edge perimeter. Features include a body constructed of cold rolled steel, steel doors, and included mounting panel.

WM Slope Top Wallmount Enclosure

The 20° overhanging sloped roof prevents standing water from accumulating on top of the enclosure and door opening.

AE Wallmount Enclosure

TS8 Freestanding Enclosure

Rittal perfected the concept of the industrial modular enclosure with its TS8 modular enclosure. This revolutionary system, designed specifically for demanding industrial applications, features a 16-fold tubular frame and multi-level mounting capability for unsurpassed strength and flexibility.

The robust tubular frame can hold weight loads up to 1,500 lb. on the mounting panel. The 25 mm hole pattern allows components and accessories to be mounted in three directions – by height, width and depth – which provides maximum space utilization (up to 30% more available space than traditional NEMA style enclosures of equal dimension). The symmetrical frame design makes suiting simple: in a row, into a corner or even back-to-back.

ES Freestanding Enclosure

ES non-modular cabinets represent a modern single-piece housing design to provide rugged protection for electrical equipment in a variety of environmental conditions and applications.

Its door frame features punchings on a 1.0″ (25 mm) system hole pattern, for easily attaching ducts, utility desks, cable harnesses, print pockets and more. Its zinc-plated mounting panel is depth adjustable on the same 1.0″ (25 mm) system hole pattern. After installation, the slide rails may be used as mounting rails for the interior installation.

Based on the proven AE line of wallmount enclosures, these NEMA 12/13 individual desk units are designed for indoor use to meet the requirements of most operator interface applications. Control components such as meters, push buttons, pilot lights, flat panels and switches can be mounted on the easily removable top-hinged control panel that slants 30 or 60 degrees.

Support Arm Systems can adapt machines to different angles and accommodate height variations of an operator, insuring efficient and productive performance. All system components for rotating, tilting, swiveling, raising and lowering are combined to provide flexibility.
