Our system engineers work with you to develop complete custom solutions that meet and exceed your application needs. We offer full hydraulic and electrical schematics, engineering drawings and 3D models that make your vision come to life.
Custom Systems
Our extensive industry and application knowledge allows your custom system to meet the specific needs of your industry. When designing and building your solution, we consider zone ratings, hazardous locations, maximum temperatures, washdown requirements and anything else that applies to the location of your system. We’ll review every angle and utilize our full range of motion control knowledge to create the best-fit custom system solution.
Custom Assemblies
As experts in hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic assemblies, we easily shoulder the labor of designing and engineering your custom assembly to save you time and cost. Each assembly is available under one part number and SKU and we provide private label options.
Programming
Our engineering teams are well-versed in programming across a broad range of suppliers and software programs. Whether parameter flashing, program creation, or data acquisition, you can rely on Womack to meet your programming needs.
Product Modifications
We offer in-house painting, coating and conversions at our Dallas and Salt Lake City locations for customization and identification, as well as to improve longevity and protect against corrosion and other harsh elements or materials.
Kits
Womack can create custom kits with the components you need, all under one part number, to streamline procurement and assembly.
Private Labeling
We’re here to help you prepare your products for after-market business by labeling them with your proprietary part number and logo. We set you up for success from our warehouse to your shelves.
Prototyping
We ensure your new system design is implemented correctly and the application functions as intended. Womack Systems LLC validates, tests and provides proof of concept for your application, considering control upgrades and new feature development.
Special Packaging
We offer a wide range of packaging options, including item and carton labels with your PO, MFG part number and custom options. Other custom packaging customizations include bag and tag, individual packaging, standardization options, quantity per box, box size, blind shipments, cardboard or foam fill, corrugated wrapped products and reusable containers.
Customer Protected Inventory
Thanks to our Customer Protected Inventory, we’ll always have a minimum inventory stock on our shelves. We work with you to mitigate supply chain constraints, stabilize lead times and plan for future success.
Service & Repair
Womack’s service and repair capabilities allow our expert technicians to restore systems and components to like-new condition and provide a better-than-new warranty. Operating out of our Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Authorized Repair and Service Center, we repair pumps and motors and perform preventative maintenance.
Training
We have over 70 years of hands-on training experience featuring our own fluid power textbooks. With such an expansive knowledge base, we offer in-depth courses and training opportunities that can’t be found elsewhere.
