Traditional Manifold Systems – DO10-MR & DO15-MR Valves

The Series DO10-MR and DO15-MR are direct solenoid operated miniature pneumatic directional control valves, available in 2/2 and 3/2 configurations. The Series DO10-MR has a 10mm body width, while the DO15-MR has a 15mm body width. Both miniature valve lines offer fast response (switching) times and a high flow for their size. At the same time, both series are very economically priced. Both series can be mounted on an individual subbase or be manifold mounted up to 16 stations. These valves are ideal for medical applications such as therapeutic cuffs and devices, blood analyzers, portable oxygen concentrators, urinalysis diagnostics, oxygen conservers, etc., and other applications requiring reliable miniature pneumatic valves.

Series DO10-MR (10mm) Valves:

• Type: 2/2 NC, 3/2 NC, 3/2 NO
• Manual override: Push type, non-locking
• Working pressure: 0 to 102 psi (0 to 7 bar)
• Orifice size: 0.7 mm
• Ambient temperature: 23 to 122 degrees F (-5 to +50 degreesC)
• Maximum flow rate at 6 bar: 14 Nl/min
• Exhaust flow: 22 Nl/min
• Life expectancy: 50 million cycles
• Voltages: 12VDC and 24VDC standard (6VDC available)
• Power: 0.5 to 1.3 watts

• Working pressure: standard 0 to 102 psi (0 to 7 bar), 0 to 145 psi available
• Orifice size: 1.6 mm standard, 0.8 mm and 1.1 mm available
• Ambient temperature: 23 to 122 degrees F (-5 to +50 degrees C)
• Maximum flow rate at 6 bar: 50 Nl/min for standard 1.6 mm orifice
• Life expectancy: 50 million cycles
• Voltages: 12VDC and 24VDC standard (24VAC, 110VAC,220VAC)
• Power: 2.3 watts for standard 1.6 mm version
