Features

No function display on the sensor itself:
The hole for the LED is a potential risk spot for cleaning processes and a possible means of entry for bacteria. The function display is completely surrounded by the transparent plastic of the connector.
Stainless steel housing (material 1.4571):
Material 1.4571 is the usual material for the food and beverage industry. The cable plug must be adapted in line with different cleaning agents and disinfectants.
Gold-plated contacts:
The harsher installation conditions require gold-plated contacts to prevent plug corrosion.
Lasered or etched part number:
Cleaning and disinfection processes can cause nameplates to come loose. Lasered or etched part numbers are resistant to such processes.
Additional O-ring seals for extreme demands:
Temperature shocks triggered by cleaning and disinfecting cause the variable expansion of the steel housing and casting resin.
