ERD Electric Actuator
The ERD is a low cost rod-style electric actuator designed as an alternate to pneumatic cylinders and an option for automating manual processes. The ERD electric cylinder is compatible with many NEMA and Metric standard stepper and servo motors to create a low cost,electric actuator solution.
The ERD electric actuator offers these features:

Electric Rod Style Actuators – ICR SmartActuators
The SmartActuator is a controller, drive and servo motor integrated into one compact, durable, electric linear actuator. The result: reliable, affordable power that is remarkably easy-to-use. Reverse-parallel motor orientation now available.
The ICR rod-style electric SmartActuator Series comes in two motion control packages:
The ICR Basic for simple extend and retract operation and the ICR Plus with indexer programming and network communication capabilities.
Both ICR Basic and Plus electric screw SmartActuators offer:
- 100% duty cycle for continuous operation
- 24 Vdc opto-isolated inputs, NPN or PNP
- Two ball screw selections

RSA/RSM Rod-Style Screw-Drive Actuators

GSA/GSM Series Guided Screw Drive Actuators
The GSA/GSM series of guided screw actuators combines a rod screw actuator with mounting blocks, guide rods and bearings. A complete selection of sizes, options and system components are available. The GSA/GSM series offers high performance, dependability and mounting flexibility for pivotal applications.
- 4 english and metric body sizes
- Thrust capacities range from 70 to 2700 lbs
- Good resistance to side loading
- Wide tooling plate for end effector mounting
- Choice of linear ball or composite bearings with internal lubrication of guide rods for increased bearing life

IMA Linear Servo Actuator / Actuators
The IMA is an integrated linear servo actuator design in a compact, heavy duty package. Available in both ball and roller screw configurations, the IMA servo linear actuators provide forces up to 5500 lbs even in high duty cycle applications.
